Everyone rates Nugent above Beckford. Because he's better. Regarding the Hull/Leicester flame war, I suppose it's inevitable due to our paths crossing so often these days. But to be fair, we've had no end of Hull posters on here since it first became clear that Leicester weren't going to romp the league. Why? Because they wanted to make the point that Pearson and his Leicester rejects were better than what we had. Now we've got Pearson back, he's ****e/boring/dishonest. Pearson returning and in the inevitable influx of Hull players to come will ensure the banter continues for the foreseeable.
He's not ****e, he's always been boring and it only became apparant he was dishonest by the manner he left us. As for our Leicester rejects? I think most Hull fans boast about Chester, Rosenior and Stewart as our best players. Fryatt and Hobbs usually get brought up by Leicester fans wanting to point out the Leicester rejects argument, then Hull fans defend those players (obviously) and the threads end up being about those two players over any others in our squad. Oh btw, Hobbs and Fryatt are class

I have had many run ins with idiot posters. The whole point is that because posters are shielded from each other, words on here mean nothing. Why do we get upset when posts get personal? I now don't give a fig if someone slates me. They wouldn't do it to my face and with that knowledge I can live with a bit of name calling. As far as Leicester goes, It like every city in the UK is just as bad as every other. Only one place is different, that is Hull. But the only reason for that is it's because I come from there. I live in Southampton and parts of it are as dismal as the worse in the UK. I don't hate any other clubs players or fans. Pearson soured his time by not being truthful, that's all. As for posters slating Hull, I left 40 years ago, but it is still one of the most friendly places that know. Hull City are playing a style of football that any football fan should get pleasure from. In August I posted elsewhere that NP would not be with Hull City at the end of September, nearly right. No need to be all pally Wally, but let's not get over the top with this. After all we might need to sell you some of your old players back when we get promoted.
