    You're not taking into account the fact that Motherwell's manager is pro-Rangers and anti-Celtic

    So if anything it proves we're much, much, much better than Motherwell whereas you may or may not be better or worse than them. Hard to say when they never try <ok>

    I quoted you in offering my response. You stated that;

    I am telling you that if we have suspicions over the performance of a Motherwell side (whose manager had no qualms over calling a 'rival' manager "Gaffer" last season), then those suspicions are brought about by being proven to be correct over a sequence of wholly verifiable acts of bias against our club.

    If that is paranoia, then that state of mind is wholly justified don't you think?

    Stuart McCall grew up a Leeds fan, Rangers just paid his wages for a few years

    When it's got to the stage you're questioning players and managers professionalism you've got to take a look at yourself and wonder where it all went wrong. If you think people are so against Celtic they'd be willing to give up their careers then I think you're mental

    Motherwell and Leeds play in different countries so it's unlikely that we'll ever find out how McCall would sabotage his team against them. <ok>

    I didn't say that. Other folk did, but for the sake of argument, if you didn't know for a fact that;

    Police have lied to the detriment of Celtic,
    Football administrators have lied to the detriment of Celic
    Officials have lied to the detriment of Celtic.

    You'd probably say that was mental too wouldn't you?

    I don't really follow the soap opera that is Celtic FC but if Police and football administrators have lied, what difference does it make to what happens on a football pitch? Celtic are a football club, formed to play football so what goes on off the pitch has no bearing on the pitch which is what matters

    The officials who lied are no longer officials so you don't need to worry about them. You say they lied to the detriment of Celtic, I'd say they lied to try to save their own skin but we all think differently. The conversation they had about telling that lie, do you think it was all about trying to get one over on Celtic FC or do you think it was about finding a way to keep their jobs? I know which seems the more likely to me

    Football administrators lying very definitely cost Celtic (Farry) on the field.

    Referees lying to Celtic (for whatever reason) cost Celtic. I don't care why they did this, I just care that they did it.

    Last season Gary Hooper was hit with a £2k fine for questioning decisions of officials and openly musing the reason why. That fine was certainly unsettling. It may very well have affected his performance.

    This very day, a Rangers player has done the same thing.... I don't believe we'll hear another word about it.

    Is this a conspiracy? probably not. Just a reaction to the zeitgeist of the day, very definitely primed by the media. Does that manifest itself as bias. Sure it does.

    Knowing this to be undoubtedly true, paranoia is absolutely a reasonable state of mind to adopt isn't it?

    I should add, I am not talking about a throw in, a sending off that didn't go our way, The huns getting **** we know they shouldn't.

    I think that is down to a pro-Rangers/Anti-Celtic bias. Can I prove it. No. So I don't try and I don't understand folk that point to it as absolute certain fact.

    The things I am talking about are undoubtedly true.

    The inability of a Motherwell manager to do anything ever against his former employers. A man who calls Lord waistcoat of Govan "Gaffer". A man with whom he was in direct competition with up to last season is of course circumstantial and one for the paranoia files. But framed by things we can and have proven, it is understandable.

    "I'm a kind of paranoiac in reverse. I suspect people of plotting to make me happy." (J.D. Salinger - Raise High the Roof Beam, Carpenters). 'Pronoia' is, I believe, the term used to describe this condition and is the opposite of 'paranoia' - it is probably how some Rangers fans are used to seeing things....! <whistle>

    Dev , he always takes the Rangers side in an old firm debate , he's actually not been on our board for a wee while , maybe the 17 points turn around has been too much for him

    He's a Dons fan Harry, I can guarantee that. He is also the biggest Wum on the boards and always has been, he will argue black is blue on any given subject and will always take the opposite view just for the sake of it.
