We have too many bad days though. When will people realise, seriously, that we have spent a great deal on our squad and yet will end up where we finished last season. I will eat my hat if we finish higher.
One of the easiest victories we have had so far this season, Liverpool are a mid table side who are in rapid decline still living off their history. We only needed 3rd gear tonight! Roll on the 11th and it will be a stroll to the final, if I was you lot I'd start getting some good signings in instead off wasting millions on downing, Carroll and Henderson.... You could have bought quality for the prices you paid for them. I will look forward to a promising future of titles and trophys and you will be looking for top 6 at the most, future is blue the history is red!

That would be the easy way out... Personally don't think it's that black and white. The problem is we don't know who wanted all the over-priced British "talent"? Who is training the team to play so feebly in front of goal? I am all for some change at this time, but I am not going to claim that I know what needs changing and who is to blame.
2 corners from your lot in the 2nd half was all I needed for a chunky 3 figure treble to come in - just 2 corners, ****ing unbelievable...
Some fans need to chill, the scoreline does not tell the true story, City lucky as *uck to win that one 3-0
Liverpool looked the better side for large periods tonight but lack attacking talent imo. Reina having a poor game was the difference tonight and he only has a bad game every 100 or so games so you can forgive him. But the issue i see with Liverpool is that Downing and Carroll are not producing leaving a big lack of genuine goalscorers in the team.

I'm surprised you haven't managed to crowbar something more obvious about Man Utd into that post, seeing as your whole club is defined by your hatred of Man Utd. Manchester's very own Everton.

As my comment said. A good signing. We've spent poorly in the transfer market. I don't think over 70 million on Henderson, Carroll and downing could ever represent shrewd buying. And I'm not having a snipe at the players, it's not their fault. We've been very wasteful. I think weve improved but not nearly as much as we could have done had we had made better signings.
