Interesting but also unsubstantiated by any facts or evidence, and therefore no conviction due to lack of proof guilt, ergo not guilty. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duwayne_Brooks Interesting?
Name a country with a justice system that is perfect and uncorrupted, I'll give you a tenner Just so its clear I've no faith in the court system what so ever, been on the receiving end and seen people on the receiving end but i don't hear anyone saying anything about the thousands of other people most likely wrongly jailed for offences they didn't commit. This still has nothing to do with the IRA its just typical that its Irish members here who think its mostly Irish political prisoners who have been wrongly convicted, and if you didn't think that why not bang on about another non IRA related jail sentence imposed on people who didn't deserve it. Your whatever 4 spent 14 years in prison, yet no one has yet mentioned the 26 years spent in jail by TC Campbell and Joe Steele - i think i know who was worse done by.
Not expressing a view on this case. Separately you have to be so careful with these so called advances in DNA. People who watch to many movies, think it has all the answers, however, what they do not tell you it is quite the opposite. It merely confirms that an item or person has left a DNA trace at an unidentifiable point of time. If there is ever any suspicion of cross contamination then that is a problem. Let alone the absolute massive cost involved in DNA testing, which means generally as a rule even in murder (cannot speak for this case) that the police have to be selective (through experience) due to this cost on what is tested in any situation.
Because I know about the Irish related ones and not the others. Do your eyes burn when you see posts about Ireland or the Irish? You are obsessed ffs wise up.
I think you misunderstand. Look up Mojo; http://www.mojoscotland.com/ Paddy Hill from the B6 has been instrumental in that. This isn't about ownership of who had the worst treatment by the state. It is about miscarriages of Justice, wherever they are and whoever is the victim of them. In this instance, I believe they have the right guys based on the evidence available and on other things i happen to know about the case, both factual and anecdotal.
So they dug him up, found some of his blood and hair from his decaying corpse, then planted it to prove a point to who exactly? As I said, thick deluded ****
Yes my eyes burn because the amount its mentioned on here is ****ing ludicrous i can't even comprehend how you lot don't get bored of it, if some **** was banging on about Scottish independence as much as you do with the Irish then I'd be ****ing sick of them as well. Yet my obsession is somehow strongly linked to the stuff you all post. Verdict - You stop posting it, I'll stop moaning.
Aye, his Ma had him with a black doctor who worked at the Royal. Can't remember his name though. Think he has a book out. McGrath's Irish btw
