you forget, we've been through that stage ourselves warky. you'll come out the other side... ...eventually... ...probably
EXACTLY Supers and that's why I cant believe that Lambert had to come out and say what he did! You know what its like to play teams like Orient etc so you would think that ALL your home supporters would be over the frickin moon with what they are seeing now!
JWM - don't ever lose your sense of humour, there are times when that's all that keeps you going! The tide will turn!
Dave Don't worry mate I'm not about to throw myself over the Orwell bridge just yet! Besides I can't get my leg over that high!
Looking at our respective league tables/positions, it'll be some time before you can throw yourself off Carrow Bridge Keep the faith, apparemtly M. Evans still does
According to the Ipswich Evening Star reader poll 73% of people want Jewell Sacked right away! I must admit I did vote 1200 times!
If people are going to whinge or boo do it outside the Stadium. One thing that annoys me is the sound of people sighing loudly because we're not playing fast direct football, Armchair Managers going mad because we're not lofting the ball and running around full pelt, there is nothing wrong in being patient and passing it about I agree we do try to walk it in the net sometimes. As Lambert says the support spur on the team, so some people need to wind their necks stop being prudish, shout, cheer and sing.
Probably because his broke up many incestious relationships in the Ipswich area with his amateur porn career.
really? 73%? that few?!?! i couldn't believe it when i saw you'd lost at home to forest. 0 goals in 7 games, no wins either... you're in big, big trouble
It's possible, some Cobblers fans at work said their playing better football then they were which made me laugh but considering their League Two they might actually do well with his appointment.
I hope they stay up as I have a soft spot for Northampton Town just don't ask me why! Mind you Cambridge Utd v Northampton Town would make one heck of a derby game!
Don't think they mind Cambridge in sports anything involving Leicester, Peterborough and Milton Keynes is a different story.
i've been to a northampton v cambridge match a number of years ago. think cambridge won 2-0 at the cobblers. it was pretty fiesty...
I'm surprised as there can't be more than 40 odd miles between the two but I guess it boils down to more local rivalries. Cambridge still regard Peterborough as the local scum!
48 years ILD. I know because it's engraved on my heart I would agree with your "a bit reserved" as a generalisation over the years but, hey, it's never too late to change.
