Villa line up 7 million bid for spiderman?

Lots of this going around right now anyone heard something concrete?

Would not surprise me in the slightist. He is a gifted player and his particular talents are in demand at the moment as there are very few of his sort around.

As much as I love Morgan, £7 million is a lot of money. I'd be seriously tempted. That said, I think the story is a load of rubbish.

 

I did laugh out loud when I read this story! Hasn't he just signed a new long term contract?

 

Where has this story come from? The papers? You need to have a hyperlink because I dont have a clue where this story has come from and this is the first time I've heard of it.

 

Come on guys, do people seriously still believe that Schneiderlin is a key player for us...? I honestly fail to see what he has achieved in his time with us and in fact during our two seasons in the 3rd division and for the first half of this season in the 2nd he is still not guaranteed a place in the starting XI.

I'm not quite sure where all the plaudits for him come from, whether it is because he came out of France when technically they were looked at on an equal if not higher level than Spain and therefore we all assumed that he must be good but be fair, has he really come on in the period that he has been at Saints...?

I may be stirring up a bit of a hornets nest here but if Villa are prepared to pay £7 million for him then I can't see Cortese, or Adkins for that matter, turning it down.

 

What are you on? Schneiderlin is one of the most technically gifted players in the squad and has huge potential. He is only young and will keep improving for many years, and has done since Pardew took charge.

 

Sorry no news report I have seen from about 20 people on a football forum and Facebook I dont have a clue where it has surfaced from thats why i posted and asked!.

Schneiderlin plays well in a good side which plays as a team. Does he look outstanding enough to attract a large bid from a PL side? Don't think so. If we didn't have him, would expect to pay no more than 2-3 million, though I do think there is a lot more to come from him.

 

Being quite honest here it probably is a load of rubbish, however I would take 7 million for him as some other posters have said.
