Goes to show what you know about football, the amount of spurs fans putting a United win at anfield where they've not won for years JUST because United beat Spurs Spurs have a great habit of shipping 4 goals, and the bleating on about beating a seriously underperforming club and team in transition at the start of the season, a team conceding less than Spurs and but for some bad luck with the woodwork would be much closer, with 17 games to go, I think you are going to be very happy playing in the EL next year
Plannin on tue wed night footy thanks, cant help it, it is habit I guess, a habit you wouldn't have obtained being used to thursday night footy I guess. If 1 season in the CL makes ye lot this cocky, I'd hate to think what winning th prem would do. Your lot couldn't even get out of that group, roll out the excuses for failure, injuries not taking it seriously yadda yadda, the group had part timers ffs.
Why is hitting the woodwork bad luck?.I always thought you were meant to avoid the wood and hit the back of the net.I think your team must have been practicing shooting at posts and bars, which I will admit it is far harder to do than hit the net.Top marks in the woodwork department anyway 10/10. Or you could be very happy playing in the EL next year.
Hitting the post or RowZ, is there a difference? Never mind our Europa group with the kids, we topped our CL group, when did L'pool do that last? You've been missing from it for 2 seasons now, there's a reason for that...what could it be? Always on about next year aren't you! ...fantasist!
It's a massive weekend of football coming up! Come Saturday night, we could be joint top with £ity, if Bolton can turn in a performance against United and we can beat a deflated Wolves. Having said that, I can't see United losing. Here are my predictions. Saturday, 14 January 2012 Aston Villa v Everton, 1-1 Blackburn v Fulham, 1-2 Chelsea v Sunderland, 1-2 Liverpool v Stoke, 2-1 Man Utd v Bolton, 3-0 Tottenham v Wolverhampton, 3-1 West Brom v Norwich, 0-1 Sunday, 15 January 2012 Newcastle v QPR, 2-0 Swansea v Arsenal, 1-2 Monday, 16 January 2012 Wigan v Man City, 0-1
What does the table look like now?, I've been crap lately, is there a Pleb league to get relegated in to?
Aston Villa v Everton, 2-1 Blackburn v Fulham, 1-2 Chelsea v Sunderland, 3-2 Liverpool v Stoke, 1-1 Man Utd v Bolton, 3-0 Tottenham v Wolverhampton, 3-1 West Brom v Norwich, 2-1 Sunday, 15 January 2012 Newcastle v QPR, 2-0 Swansea v Arsenal, 1-1 Monday, 16 January 2012 Wigan v Man City, 2-1
My heart says they won't, but my head says they will. It would be great if we could make another three points on them, though.
