Can't see that he should. It was him who initially ran 60 yards to scream bloody murder in the face of the lino and caused the whole debacle in the first place! If he later regretted his actions when he saw the outcome he won't get any plaudits or sympathy from me that dirty rotten cheat.

fair play to norwich, they have been a breath of fresh air this season, but if you think barton is a thug, then bradley johnson is just as bad, a despicable act of cheating, which all norwich fans should be ashamed of. i'm not surprised lambert dodged the question in his post match interview but it will be interesting to see what stance he takes

Some of this is laughable, we outsung you up until the 80th minute of the 2nd half when you scored, and it wasn't just the Barton incident that went against us, there were so many minor things that he kept on letting go, you're not allowed to pull someones shirt or pull them down from behind to stop them playing the ball, maybe the referee thought Norwich were exempt from this I don't know.


And about Barton celebrating in front of the fans, thats just knit-picking, he scored at that end for ****s sake

 

Please can someone explain how Johnson cheated when Barton committed a red card offence, the same type of incident that saw Barton playing for Newcastle fall embarrassingly to the floor to get Gervinho sent off in August 2011. To the letter of the law if your head connects with another players head its a red card offence. QPR should stop moaning at the officials and accept that Barton let them down, like he did for Newcastle many times over the time he was with us.

 

Thing is there was no red card offence.

There was no violent action from Barton just exagerated movement and feigning injury from that creep who's intellect ensures his idea of a good night out is to go watch darts.

Johnson should have been sent off at least 2 or 3 times for outrageous tackles on Barton including his out and out kicking of Barton right in front of the linesman just after the "head butting". Any of you see that? What about the one in the centre circle, see that?

i'm not going to bother reading this ridiculous thread because 'norwich stare at the premiership' has summed it up perfectly, but i was going to add a better video clip of the incidents BEFORE the 'headbutt'. barton clearly strikes out at whitbread, johnson and then barges johnson before 'putting' his head into johnson. sadly, youtube have taken the video down 'at the request of the fa'. don't know why motd didn't show this really as its pretty clear barton did something stupid...

2) warnock will be charged for his comments

3) barton will be charged for his tweets

4) the qpr director will be charged for his tweets

also, just to add, dermot gallagher, former premier league referee agreed that the red card was the correct decision, although even he was unsure as to who gave the decision. he seemed to think the linesman had spoken to the ref over his microphone but the mistake made was that he didn't flag. human error maybe, but interesting to hear that another referee deemed it a red card offence purely for intent i should add

I honestly think you have the poorest home support I have ever seen. I don't remember you singing one song. But if you think you outsung us then maybe noise from each end doesnt carry very well at loftus.

It was a dirty game in patches and your team was just as guilty as ours. I thought the ref did well not to be bullied by the home fans who were acting liked they were owed something. Even before Barton got sent off. I remember Shaun Derry trying to bully Elliot Bennet after the ball had gone by holding him down and pointing a finger in his face. Don' know that was all about.

Barton could of turned round when he scored and celebrated with his fans. Instead of running forward and past half of the Norwich support.

Better club won.......So I'm happy anyway.
