This isn't sour grapes. Fair play to Brighton they hung in there when we had 11 men and were very dangerous once we went down to 10. However they were outplayed for the first half, it looked like they were the away team and had lallana's goal been given it would have been a different story. These things happen when things aren't going for you, but you don't become a bad team overnight. A couple of good signings and theres no reason why we cant win this league, if not and we still get play offs hey thats still a great achievement!
One positive today was when we had 11 players on the pitch, we were excellent. We should have been 1-0 up at half time and could have had even more with some great chances created. It will be a real test for us to try and get back to winning ways with Lambert out for 3 matches and maybe a signing or two is needed.
Yh, we could try and draw against Cov so Lambert only misses one league game or is that not sporting aha?
