It seems like the novelty may have worn off a few because some of our regular posters seem to have deserted us and found pastures new. It was always the case that it would take a few weeks before things would settle down and we will have a further surge when 606 goes in the summer. Still miss some of our regulars so if you see them tell them that the forum is better with them and their views.
It'll only take one good win and they'll come flooding back Syd, you'll see. Build it and they will come.
Syd - I don't think it's a reflection of the site, just that we're all feeling fairly quiet at the mo'. Wait for the upsurge either a good performance brings, news on the player front, a big incident etc.
Lets not forget 606 posting went down when we went on the bad run last season. It gets to the point you don't want to talk about football, unless it is the positives. The only thing to talk about is where we are going wrong at the moment, it wears us all down! Here's hoping we start to turn it round soon, as I hate feeling like this.
As the others have said 'it's a quiet time' Wait 'til transfer time comes round and Poolie will be filling these pages. Is Poolie with us yet by the way?
Maybe some of those who are missing are using other computers for free down the pubs. Don't tell Niall.
I don't think the transfer argument stands up very well. most of us who came here from the old 606 didn't arrive until the very end of January, the end of the transfer window.
For some its more a case of gettingtyime to get onhere. I have to say that the site keeps improving. Can any boby explain what the bars and so on mean at the side of our names?
I will be back. When? (a) We thrash Arsenal (b) The Mancs beat Liverpool (c) The Toffee's hammer the Mags (d) The Villans beat Bolton (providing bent is subbed with a pain in his arse)
Following Sunderland is a rollercoaster. One minute you're up ( last minute against Mags) then next your down ( any of the last four games) but it's never boring. Keep the faith and let's stick it to Arsenal!
if you click on the little green box under achievements you will see you are on a distinquished road, must be the A1 down to Coxhoe
The racist boo boys at Everton have put me off our fans a little at the moment. The four losses in a row doesn't help get some of us too excited either. Give it a win or two and all will be well.
Sorry mate, dont like negatives, having read your response to this thread, have trawled many many sites, and cant find any reference to indicate any racism. and if folks are fickle, so be it,,,,,,,,,where is the racism on NOT606,,,,,,,, WONT BE TOLERATED, so please start a thread, or respond to a thread, without using the racist card, go down that route, and your arguements will have to be bleedin good, get off the bandwaggon.
