Our next match against Wigan will be an incredible 'Eighth' consecutive league fixture Not to have been played on a Saturday.

    Martin O'Neil results - played 5, points = 10

    Prior league results - played 14, points = 11

Hopefully the result tonight will give our battered and knackered players just enough belief to beat Wigan. It is not going to be easy. No predictions until I see just exactly we have available to play!

While today's game will undoubtedly instil belief throughout the squad the players will be mentally and physically shagged.
Surly it can't be right that as I type this we are playing again tomorrow!!!

I still would like to be old fashioned and make a level playing field for all clubs, by going back to the traditional three pm Saterday kick off. but I understand the demand for football 24/7. so will live with so called progress.

    Martin O'Neil results - played 6, points = 13

    Prior league results - played 14, points = 11

.....And 9 different goal scorers under MO'N

Tony Pulis or Martin O'Neil will go close for Manager of the Month, I reckon !!!

Last 6 games, we're the second form team behind Manchester United. They have 5 wins in 6. We have 4 wins in 6. Next best have 3.

    Not bad for relegation fodder!!
