Can't see it happening if I'm honest. I'd welcome him though seeing as he can play anywhere in the front 3

Can't see it i'm afraid. He can be dogshit, but also very good.

I think he is an excellent supersub, but not a starter. On a free or a few mill yeah.

Source is the Daily Star though!

Think he's a player that if utilised in the right formation has lots of goals in him.

Can't see it happening, but would be very happy if it did, would give us something a bit different on the right & an injection of pace.

perhaps fergie will sign him and convert him to a goalkeeper as he doesn't seem to have a clue. he plays wingers as fullbacks, fullbacks as centre midfielders and midfielders as centrehalves. so a 5'8" 10 stone goalkeeper sounds about right! <laugh>

He's very pacy, would be a brilliant supersub to hit on the counter.

Not good enough to play upfront. He reminds me of a smaller Cisse - Electric pace, but finishing is very erratic.

Also his final devliery isn't good enough from out wide so not sure where he would fit in to our team.

Yeah it had nothing to do with our squad being decimated by injuries.

He supports liverpool but that is the only reason someone would make up a story like this. Nothing in it.

but he could have played valencia (midfielder) in midfield, put the twin, a fullback (can't remember his name) at right back who would have more of a clue defending a problem position, then you have ONE player playing out of position. would that be too much to understand?

if you think that logic is flawed then explain the formation fergie employed?

If Downing is worth £20m, then Walcott must be around £30m
