i dont want to see him go, but if they started offering that amount and it enables us to enter the fray for a serious finisher, like sharp/rhodes then so be it...

He may be one of our better players but his position would be the easier and least unsettling to replace , compared to Koren , Chester and Rosie.
I'd take £3m but wouldnt be snapping off their arms for it.

I think Cameron Stewart's value is around £4m.

Because it's Leicester and they have so much money we should double that..........£8m.

I don't want him to go for any amount and certainly not if he doesn't want to go, but for £8m it's a deal (but Leicester would never go to that!)

How much would Hammill cost on a permanent?
I reckon £3 million top whack.

If we were offered daft money for Stewart, say £5 million we could get Hammill and a £3 million pound striker for what would be in effect a million quid.

    Every cloud and all that.

I would like to think that Cameron Stewart wouldn't want to go to Leicester. He is only 20 years old, and should be hungry to make it as a Premier League regular. He has moved from Man Utd to get regular football, he is getting in the starting XI every week here without question, he is playing well and getting a lot of attention. Why would you risk swapping that for a different team, especially when that team are lower down in the league?

Surely Cameron is aiming to be a Premier League footballer? Surely the best way to do that is staying at Hull City and either 1) Getting promoted at the end of the season or 2) Continue to perform well and catch the attention of Premier League clubs.

Both of those ways of getting into the Premier League are made less likely by a move to Leicester. 1) Leicester aren't looking much like a promotion chasing team and 2) He might just not fit well into the team, he might not play as well, and the Premier League scouts may turn away.

How much would we have to pay utd in sell on fee, that would be a major factor in what we would accept, my belief is we would want 3 .5 mill then add on 25% if thats utd cut, thats what figure it will require. Then Nigel Pearson has a problem. As half his money will have gone on one player and he will still need at least 2 more and not enough cash left for anybody decent, it'll come down to who he wants more, Stewart or sharp.

I think a winger's one of his priorities...

Saying that,I'm not entirely convinced Leicester are as rich as they think they are.....Adam Pearson said as much after Nigel left...

I believe the sell-on with all the ex-United players is 15%.
