TS, I think the most important thing to be taken from his comment, is, that he respects the contract that the club has given him. If you read the whole story, you will note, that at no time does he state, he respects the Club that still owns him!! Very telling omission by him, in my view <whistle>:emoticon-0103-cool:

It does by the time the accountant has finished looking at it. ;)

i got talking to a girl behind the bar in town on saturday night, who until recently worked at- The Weir, she said if she had a pound for every untrue Bullard story she had heard, she would be a rich woman..drunk a couple of times all the time she had worked there, never fighting, never any sign of drugs , ..
i said there must be something, as so many people had witnessed it, so she just said it must have all happened on the rare night she had off..<laugh>
its all a bit hazy after that, i think i tried to charm her, and she suspiciously had to go do some work on the other side of the building..:(

I just find it amazing that nobody ever thought to take a picture/video in this modern technoloigical age.

As for your "there must be something in it" comment, well a lot of untrue crap gets spread around by the naive of our society, an example being AP is doing a good job...

There are plenty of pictures of Bullard pissed up on the internet, try google sometime. Who cares about the waster anyway, I don't, if there was an ignore list for the world like the one I use for TWF on here, then Bullard would go straight on it.

Are you on about Ashbee coming back overweight or Bullard? Surely you'd let Ashbee off for spending a year out injured? And don't most footballers come back slightly overweight anyway? As they've not trained or played n all they're bound to put some weight on.

christ he never bloody stops this TWF.. you think AP isn't doing a good job? right, so you'd rather HCAFC were in administration and league 1 then?

plus all this utter bollox about Bullard playing all the time and getting us to the PL.. it ain't gonna happen pal.. as the americans would say.. when in the last 2 seasons JB has been at Hull did he really put in enough time on the field..?

It's hard to believe that Jimmy never let anyone into the bog with a camera while he was having a toot.

It almost certainly proves it never happened.

He's actually a great laugh on a night out, though it would be more of a laugh if some other daft **** was paying his wages.

Not sure if any of you know this but when signing for a club even at youth level when having a medical you have a drugs test, pretty sure if Jimmy was as drugged up as you lot suggest he would never have signed for Ipswich or perhaps even us?

Hello all, like Craig earlier, usually just a reader not a poster as getting down south for games(and also internet access) is difficult so I don't feel qualified to pontificate on most subjects as "I wasn't there".

Regarding CumbrianTigers point about drug tests, although true,I am not sure if he is aware that most drugs have a short shelf life in the body's system(2 to 3 days in the case of cocaine depending on metabolic rates and other varying factors)Maybe he is and I apologise if he thinks I am having a go at him.I'm not.The point is that cocaine transits the body quicker than most drugs(cannabis about 2 weeks,LSD up to a year,others...I'm no expert)hence the propensity of sportsmen/women using coke. That and the fact that they can easily afford it.I'm not saying either that Jimmy B is a coke head, how the **** would I know? But passing a drugs test isn't normally too difficult.
Anyway,in my uninformed opinion, getting shot of Bullard is probably the best option. He's a talent for sure but has spent too long with the physio's on too much money.I can't demonize him,but sure as hell can't sympathise.Ashbee on the other hand is a god!!!!...the marmite of the Tigers!lol.Still got the feeling he'll be with us next season unless there's a miracle. That's Bullard, not Ash,obviously
In Notts this week visiting so got my tickets.Looks like the only game I'll get to this season and think we'll lose but, unless it's a complete capitulation,I'll be cheering on the Tigers.Come on u 'Ull.

Please leave them in their "inside info" dream world.

Probably, once your knee's gone it's gone. He's doing well to be playing at all.

    Another first time poster here!

No matter what happens to Jimmy, I'll never forget the celebration away at Man City - worth every penny of his salary for me!
After the Emirates has to be one of my greatest away day memories from the Premiership.

As far as I am concerned we were living the dream and we gave it a shot with a big money and big name signing (for Hull City) - when we signed Jimmy we were about 6 games into a terrible run after the euphoria of the initial promotion run and then the first 29 point of our first top flight season. We needed something. We signed him injured and rushed him back a week early at Upton Park (where we were awful until he came on).

There is no denying his ability but with what has gone on at the club he seems to have lost interest and is now showing little respect for his employers. He should be moved on ASAP but at the same time there must be something else to the story as up until the very end of last season every time he played we looked a different team. West Ham at home last season springs to mind. no matter what people on this site say, whether we were home or away, when he was on the pitch the entire Tiger Faithful would scream "give it Jimmy" or "shooooot" every time he got the ball. It's all just a shame he isnt as class an act off the pitch as he is on it!
