Mata looked a whole different player when AVB eventually moved him inside against us Still think you'll suffer in defence while crazy Luiz is playing centre half though (he may be better in a formation with 3 centre halfs in fairness).
Yeah, he's the creative player we've been in desperate need of! With Essien back I'd play a Liverpool '05 esq formation with Ramires and Essien/Romeu holding, Mata behind Torres and Sturridge out wide with a view to buy a new left winger. Luiz could even try out DM if we get Cahill but to be fair to him he's bucked up his ideas recently, hopefully he can get used to the PL quicker rather than later!
Luiz is shocking at defending. Positional sense of a subbuteo figure! Going forward he is reasonable, reminds me of boswinga.
