This is why I never baited you guys. M'ON is doing a fantastic job with you guys. Just think what he will do next season <yikes>.

Very well played today. Cheeky goal BUT they all count and that result must give you all so much confidence. I do wonder what Brucey makes of all this though.

Would like to join my fellow Newcastle fan in congratulating you on a great performance. Your effort, application and endeavour in all areas of the pitch was a joy to behold today and you got it spot on tactically - to be honest you deserved the bit of luck you got on the offside for your goal. What a difference a manager who isn't completely useless makes, although we wish you would have kept Brewcey!

Great day for you boys and well done. The derby at our place is looking like it could be very tasty!

I think mon was playing for a draw but great defending from you and you got a bit of luck but that's what you need in these games.

Not looking forward to the derby. As things currently stand, they could reverse the 5-1. I would of course sit in a corner and cry if that did happen but I would not be overly surprised!

Gracious lads. Fair play to you. Think we're all over the moon at our recent change in fortunes.

    Yes very gracious lads.

I think after the shocking decision that went against us vs everton it's evened itself out today

Agreed. These things tend to even themselves out over the course of the season. Unless you are Man Utd then you get all the decisions heh.

    Very well played lads <applause>

Even at 0-0 with a few minutes to go I was planning to come on and congratulate you but to sneak it at the end was marvellous. Fully expecting you to climb the table now.

Anyway good on ya and happy new year to you all! <ok>

Oh don't know about that. I'd say ANOTHER one for Manure <whistle>

Thanks for the good wishes. I wonder if the Utd boys will offer the same.
Happy New Year to you all your family

Credit to you all lads <applause>

Playing for a draw though? Utter bollocks!

We were always gonna get pegged back for spells, but in injury time MON was screaming at Ji and Sess to get forward and support each other!

Hats off to you guys - very good of you to come over.

I couldn't tell if the goal was offside at the game although I hear it was.... so all 3 points are certainly a bonus but it felt like we deserved a point (despite what felt like a never-ending bunch of corners for them)

Kudos to you Mags, I actually watched the game in the company of my Mag Neighbour who's SKY went on the blink just before kick off.

Yep definitely agree MON set us up for a draw.
Pretty sure I and most of my fellow Mackems would have been chuffed with a draw from that match and would have snatched the offer of a draw before kick off with both hands.
The difference is MON's substitions, both myself and my neighbour were saying Bendtner and Vaughn were the ones looking tired and needed replacing.
Within minutes MON had replaced the both.

    PS.
I don't think I will have a better laugh for the rest of this year, than when we scored in the final seconds and my neighbour couldn't help himself jumping up and down and shouting as loud as me! Covering himself in beer at the same time. :) <rofl>

<ok> Indeed, well done to your lads. Great defensive work and plenty of good counter attempts, one of them was bound to work for you and it made it all the more exciting that it happened in injury time. Your youth lad McLane (?) seemed pretty good considering it was I think his first game and against Man City.

McLean, about his 4th appearance, and bar Everton, when the whole game was dross, he´s made an impact everytime.

His debut was v Blackburn, and his very first touch was to skin a man and put in a great cross, lifted the crowd, and the team, and the comeback was on!

We´re all really excited about the lad.

Sounds a good prospect, I hadn't noticed him before this game. Couple of questionable crosses but some were far better than our wide midfield have been putting in all season <laugh>

He´s a bit unpolished, but that´s to be expected, we just brought him over from Ireland.

Hopefully he´s similar to Seamus Coleman at Everton, and goes on and on.

He´s got a great touch on him, and he loves beating his man, hard to find qualities without mega millions these days!

Another plus point is he likes to go forward, not sideways or backwards.
