Well maybe not, we have a new wum called gerodieboy, BTW he aint a Newcastle fan. Last night, New Years Eve, he posted loads of nasty threads on the Newcastle board, all cross board threads so the Newcastle mods could not do anything about them, it was after midnight. The clues are there, he is a wum, he is not a Newcastle fan, he is out to cause bother and get reactions. I then log on today to find a number of threads, by Tash in the main, coplaining about the threads and complaining that no mods were on duty to sort it, it was now 2.02 on New Years Eve. How dare these unpaid mods be either out enjoining themselves or asleep at that time of day, can anyone see why mods get pissed off at times. Th poster is now banned but no doubt will be back, they usually are and yes you could say this thread gives more attention, thats not its purpose. Please dont read the offensive posts then start threads complaining about the content. Please dont get over excited about it. Please dont piss the mods off by stupid and unreasonable complaints about them. These halfwits who post the offensive crap are few and far between but I deal with 3 or 4 a week accross the boards and all we can do is ignore them, let the mods tell me about them and they are then banned. Cross board threads are a problem, can be fantastic but sadly can also be abused, dont let the odd abuser spoil it for the majority. Here endeth my sermon, happy new year everyone.

I mean, just being on this board at 2am on new years eve/day for one is bad enough but expecting Syd or any other mod to be as well is plain embarrassing to him. Just ignore Tash, he complained about Newcastle sub-section mods when the GC lot invaded a week or so ago. It was probably one of the sad twats at GC that made this 'geordieboy' account, either that or the one that was mackemlad or something.
I got in around 2 this morning, had a trawl about on not606 and found Geordieboy's filth on the Hibernian board. I complained about it at around 2.30. But to expect mods to be up and all ready for instant action at that time just isn't on, whether it's New Year's Eve or any other night. Neither you nor the Hibs mods are getting any complaints from me syd - and thanks for fixing it when you did get up. Happy New Year.
I would put good money on that it was, guy seemed canny then was sending people message saying he was racist and a fan of the BNP party.
Just need to tweak the setup of the forum so the thread can be deleted or at least removed from that specific board by one of the board mods. Should solve that particular loophole.
