    And it looks like a bad finish for the 'big city boys' - Saints, Dirty Weeds and WHam all getting the jitters and losing.

    Pity really, as we all know they 'deserve' to be at the top. <rofl> <rofl>

    Afternoon all! Thanks for the latte Ak :)

    Fantastic afternoon at the Vic, Barry is definitely not allowed to go home, we need to tie him to the goal posts! And you'll never guess what!! Barry and i found w_y! He wasn't downstairs at all, he was upstairs..which is downstairs for him! Duh! lol...Dan didn't meet him though, he was too busy buying a burger..next time! lol

    We've played better than today but rarely finished as well. Donny have changed from O'Driscoll's team of the recent past who passed the ball around nicely. I suppose having Doof as captain means everyone has to moan and niggle...much good it did them. Still, great result to end the year...celebrating with friends, rib of beef and Gevrey-Chambertin. Life could be a whole lot worse...Happy New Year everyone.

    Nice to see you again H and Jersey....talk about upstairs and downstairs!

    Great win and I sneaked into The Legends after and met the real Ross Jenkins after the game...Marvin was MOM, which is obvious but for me Troy was MOM...

    Strange day - my usual watering hole did not open until 12 and I was in Watford at 10.30, luckily I found a boozer open so Guinness are happy tonight!

    Well, that's the last of the Abbot Ale finished, now sniffing around some Banrock Station Shiraz Mataro - if that's gone by midnight, will have to make do with Morgan's Spiced.
