I hope India is as much fun to watch as it is to drive in the game. Some pretty nice corners even though there are the usual 140 - 150 degree hairpins that he seems to insist on in every design...
A question about the game (I have the xbox version)... I know it's an F1 car and as such is a supremely difficult car to drive, but is it supposed to be this hard?? I have everything set to easy to start with but I always seem to get understeer/oversteer/everythingsteer!
Do the cpu drivers ever get punished for blocking? pisses me off in quali when they continually block me while on their slow-down/warm-up laps, and why is doing 'flying lap' so ****ing slow at the start?
Just bought this game for the 3DS. I knew it wouldn't be as good as I thought it would be if it was on a Nintendo. Graphics are absolutely terrible. Controls feel really weird as well. Just started career with Team Lotus on the easiest possible setting. Here's the standings after two races: 1. Me - 50 points 2. Vettel - 33 points 3. Massa (?) - 27 points 4. Webber - 22 points 5. Hamilton - 22 points 6. Petrov huh - 18 points 7. Glock () - 14 points And then Button in 9th and Alonso in 15th on zero!
Yeah, it's all right but then you start to trip out massively and will almost guaranteed wipe out, so I just turn the 3D off. Was really disappointed when I realised there's no safety car on it though. Long story short, Codemaster made a good game and a crappy conversion to Nintendo.
Xbox FTW, I laugh at the PS3 fanboys with their inferior console. Oh and Seb, if you go on GC saying how much you like F1, chances are you will get the piss taken out of you.
I have the same problem with the blocking and them not getting penalties but i get them all the time for trying to move out the way. I often find a rival at a race weekend who i get blocked by more than once so i take them out because it annoys me so much.
Xbox. It's a much better console then PS3, the online service is better, better graphics on most games. The only downside is that it breaks down a lot, I've had 5 RROD's. I've seen the PS3 version at my mates house and its a dismal frame rate and has real issues with the actual graphics.
Someone should start some not606 F12011 lobbies for either Xbox or PS3 as it would be fun. Does anyone else want to set up one? Edit Just a thought mind, as I'm replaying Mass Effect 2 for the 3rd time, Plus Skyrim and sometime a bit of Gears 3.
