SSL is a whinging whining average joe centre back. His moaning is perhaps responsible for a lot of the un-rest in the squad. He never shuts up he’s been at it all season. If he wants a regular first team place he should put in a few performances worthy of one. Do you think he thinks he is better than he actually is? I could never understand the signing in the first place, he was the mainstay of a relegated defence last season. So clear off SSL and shut the fcuk up.

I cant believe our third choice centre half is meant to be on 20K a week madness

Who would have him though, not many would be willing to pay £20k a week so unless he's expecting a nice pay off from us I feel we are stuck with him.

If no-one wants to pay his wages, then I'd guess a loan move away would be sorted. One thing's for sure, I can't see him staying now.

That's the problem with overpaying in the first place, if things don't work out, then you can't move them on.

You're going to have the same problem with the likes of Beckford and St Ledger, as we had with the likes of Bullard, McShane and Kilbane.

Possibly so, but Leicester wouldn't and we really need a centre back who can also provide cover at right back and neither of them do. :emoticon-0120-doh:

Going all the way back to the appointment of SGE, most at LCFC thought is was a fantastic move by the owners, me included. Now, when you have seen his tactics (or lack of them) his unabillity to change a game when things are going wrong & at least half of his 'flop' signings it´s no wonder LCFC are where they are today. All is not lost though this season, but NP & the money men have got a **** load of work to do to turn this club around this season. Again I just hope NP is given the time & money.

Ref SStL, get rid of the t0553r along with the rest of the wastes of salt. NP will get things right but I´ve a feeling it´s going to be next season so all I can do this is hope that DIIIIIRTY LEEEEEDS & DULL ****Y don´t go up...we´ll never here the last of it & those 'no mates' in Chav City get relegated.

ROLL ON THE FOOTY THIS AFTERNOON.

I dont think we will be able to sell SSL. He has just signed a big contract on a massive wage so he isnt going to want to accept a massive wage drop anytime soon. The only way we can do this is if we agree to cover some of his wages.

I think loaning him out is the best option and hope we get lucky in the summer
