    anybody who plays in the prem if come up via the championship faces a 30m deficet of players wages etc charlton nearly went into administration because of this debt through our time in the prem thank god jaminez rescued us and built a 20 team to go back up why we top league 1 spent 11 players costing 1m each i think the fa should restructure the deal where the premier give clubs 5 years of tv money after relegation this will stop clubs going close to the wall like we nearly did as we only had 2 years of tv money after relegation watford nearly went bankrupt after their time in prem so its not just us

    i put it in english if get relegated from the prem like charlton did you are ****ed financially -my point should be a 5 year plan to help relegated clubs recover better sorry had larger today....

    Although I support a Premier League club and therefore watch MOTD more than TFLS, there's absolutely no need in paying Hansen and Lawrenson £40k a show! They've had their time anyway, replace them with Dixon, Keown, Savage etc, younger ex-players who know what it's like to play modern football.

    If anything, MOTD needs scrapping.

    I was clutching at straws! My point is that pundits like Garth Crooks, Hansen, 'Lawro' and Claridge are past their sell by date and are paid too much. Replace them, make football interesting again rather than full of cliches like 'game of two halves', 'no footballing brain', 'pace, power, aggression', 'men against boys' all that guff that Hansen throws out.

    And Savage who contemptuously dismisses anyone who hasn't played at professional level!

    Get your point though - and agree, although I would prefer to see one or two former referees as pundits. Am sure they would be more interesting to listen to.
