I fancy a good win for this one. Good performance against Palace, Fonte all chipper with his new contract, and we haven't scored 4 goals for a while, so why not 4 - 0. Lambert, Guly, Hooiveld and De Ridder.
The first thing we have to ask ourselves is whether promotion really exists. It could be argued that the 'will to power' will allow Saints to overcome the pressure and survival instincts previously harboured and attain promotion?
We've sold around 1,500 tickets so could get to about 2,000. Maynard was getting booed against Coventry as some fans may have took it personally that he took around 10 months to say "I'm not interested in signing an extension". Will be a good game but doubt you'll be beating us with 4 goals ( like most said last time)
This could be tough, but I have a feeling we'll return to early season dorm and finish city off early. They did us good and proper last time and I think the boys will want to right that wrong.
Pretty damn good turnout on a working day and 745pm kick off - see you tonight but hopefully 3 points for SFC !!
Checking the live update on BBC website and found it funny how referees name is published, maybe an initial would help http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/16312545.stm
Seems from the BBC text (which I've been reduced to watching) that we're taking it to them a bit more in this half. Now, to find a goal...
