if hitler invaded the uk do u think he would have won instead of russia?just finished watching a programme about the german invasion into russia quite interesting,im thinking if hitler changed tactics back then and scrapped russia and focused his attention to the uk i think the uk would have not put up much resistance am i right in this?i think they would have landed at dover marched up the a2 into london someone did say they did actually land in deal ?but the army kept it quiet?anyone heard about this and whats your take on what ive mentioned above?
what the programme said "their was a fearce firefight between german ss and the british forces on deal beach barbed wire had stopped any villagers going to the beach area "if this is true then the germans did land on british soil
v Hitler couldn't get up the A2 due to Operation Stack at the time. ( it was a lorry park. ) As for Deal beach - We would have heard him coming - too noisy over all those pebbles.
