Why do we have strikers playing as wide men?

Please don't say it is because we dont have any wide players!

Nigel's style of play demands wingers and we only have Lloyd, Pearson will address this in the transfer window. I don't give a **** what anyone says, we have the best two natural goalscorers in the NPower Championship and what we need is wide players to feed them backed by a solid ball winning attacking midfield.

So stop playing Beckford and Nugent on the flanks, if Beckford was any wider against Ipswich he would have been in F*****G row A. Nigel has what he has at the minute and the players can only play where he wants them to play, this will ll change I am sure.

Schmichel, Konchesky, Mills, Bamba, Nuge and Becks are all quality and will all go on to become Leicester Icons

    Sorted!

It looked as though he had shuffled to a 4-5-1 or 4-3-3 on saturday, which is great seeming Sven would have just stuck with tactics that wern't working, i think Beckford was out there so he could flank in, he did cross over Nugents path a few times, and defenders were getting confused as to who they were marking, but we didnt have that final ball once Becks had opened up the space.

But yes, spot on statement silver <ok>

As fans, we need to get off the players backs a bit, people cheered when Becks went off, and thats just not on.

Strikers dont work as wingers, Square pegs in square holes is what we need

Gallagher is a striker but plays on the wing anyway

Beckford, and Howard would never work on the wing

Nugent is the only striker who can put the ball in the back of the net so we need him up front. Jeff isnt ready for first team football yet and hes a striker and Waggy was crap when he went on the wing

We only have the put up with the problem for one more game and then Nigel can sort it out

I just didn't understand his random comment, is he the same muppet we had a couple of months ago under a different name? Anyway back to your point, I agree, sort out the midfield and I'm pretty confident the boys up front will do their stuff.
