    In BBC Bristol interview he thinks they can keep Rickie quiet again on Friday. Lets hope he proves them wrong and smashes a hat trick!

    We owe Bristol city a hard time. After their best performance of the season, they have gone back to being pretty mediocre, so it would be devastating if we give them the opportunity to take any points away with them. Hope Nigels done his homework this week.

    Yes, we played them at the wrong time back in November. They went into the game clearly very bouyant, having won three and drawn one of their previous four - still very much enjoying the honeymoon period of their new manager.

    Now though they go into this game on the back of three defeats and a draw from their previous four (in fact, they haven't won any of their five games since beating us), seemingly making it very much the right time to be playing them.

    Palace had loads of pace and were pretty ineffectual. Adomah will probably have a shocker - very pacy wingers are inconsistent like that.
