When is it feasible that the scum will stop signing new referees to their payroll. That display yesterday was nothing short of scandalous. A disgrace to the 'profession' <doh>

    Agreed.

The sending off was ridiculous, and in a way shows the massive flaws the modern game has.

The dive of Hernandez or Nani (can't remember) was classic - straight out the Ronaldo handbook.

Get used to it boys it ain't gonna change for a good while yet (if ever). We know we have to beat not only very good football teams but also the system as well...but it WILL make it all the sweeter when we knock them ****ers back off OUR perch <ok>

Yeah, very poor decision (red card). Phil Dowd wasn't it? Maybe not even a yellow!

What about the studs up tackle when evans was lucky to only get a yellow?

"What tackle was that", "it cant have been that bad" you "surely MOTD would have shown such a controversial incident" I hear you insist, well you would have thought so wouldn't you, very strange.

For years United have been media darlings, even back in the '80's they would get favourable decisions.

With Fungus's constant berating of them, with the media quick to show there love for him. Is it any wonder that ref's buckle and rollover for United?

When LFC get a bad decision you loose, cry and dwell on it. When you get a favourable decision its "justice".

When United get a bad decision they win anyway like welbecks "offside" goal against QPR and it gets forgotten, when we get a favourable decision its a "conspiracy".

Bookmark this site for future reference, keeps track of all the debatable decisions. LFC have double the favourable decisions as united BTW.

Its about a million times more reliable than listening to the opinions of bitter morons who's team is so far behind united you can't even see our dust.

So you thought that was a sending off and you didn't see any blatant diving? - now **** off back to the graveyard board. There's a good boy Ivor.

And to be honest I couldn't give a **** about Utd, my comment was about the ref not Utd. All I'm concerned about is we're in a far better state than we were last year.

I think it was harsh as a straight red but not really a wrong decision. If your going to lead with your elbow, at head height and catch someone with it then you got no-one else to blame.

Hardly a conspiracy, not like Carrick rolled around or Evra was there waving a card.

But hey, don't let cold logic or hard facts get in the way of your little bitter lovefest over here.

Not really a wrong decision??? I take it you're about 10 years old and never watched football when it was allowed to flow by refs?

The decision was scandalous. The ref was poor - I'm not suggesting anything about Utd, I'm just saying refs are terrible these days. It could of been Norwich Vs QPR for all I care.

Wasn't it Dowd that gave carra yellow for his tackle on nani? Gives a red for that challenge? No consistency whatsoever from refs as usual

Whatever you think about Arshavin's non red against united.... is what I think of Evan's non red.

As for Sammon at first I thought he sticks his arm out and leans back catching Carrick right in the face, maybe not overly malicious but it wasn't accidental either. Therefore I could see why by absolute interpretation of the rules he had to go, while seeming harsh.

But the more replays I watch I can see Sammon looking right at Carrick before sticking his forearm in his face. Deserved Red.
