Just popping into town now to see what bargains (ha) they have in the Club Shop. If anybody's going to be there I'll pop into Shearer's and we can have a drink.
From the bright busy streets of the Charing Cross Road To the dark little alleys in old Soho From the smart noisy clubs where everybody goes To the dark little streets that nobody knows I couldn't care if the people don't notice me They wouldn't know that I really exist I'm nobody's shelter, I'm nobody's cover I'm nobody's lover, and nobody's friend.
I refused point blank to go out shopping today, I couldn't think of anything worse. I'm back to work tomorrow, I'll be amongst the scourge of the planet, Sale Shoppers!
Not if you're a sale shopper. Tomorrow it will be all about returns, some poor person may have put a lot of thought into chosing a gift, and the wretch that recieved it tries to return it.
Definitely a busy day, no exchanges of words though, certainly not my style, and it never resolves anything anyway.
