Give in, but from your question it must be Fryatt?

It's getting a bit annoying, every time we play a side above us in the table we give a good accoutn of ourselves, produce some very one-sided statistics in our favour and still come away with nothing. West Ham had 2 shots and scored 2, Boro had 2 shots and scored, We had 14 against Boro and 10 yesterday and didn't score.

Fryatt isn't a reliable chance taker. You can twist whatever statistics however you like, he gets a lot of chances and scores some but misses far, far too many. I'd like to see this penalty incident mind.

As for McShane, he isn't perfect but neither is Dawson who seems to be doing increasingly stupid things every game.

It is about the amount of chances you get and the percentage of goals scored, and I have to agree Fryatt seems to get a lot of chances but his conversion rate is low.

Maybe they would be better off playing Chester right-back and Mcshane centre-half

Thanks for the live match insight. The radio guys seemed to believe we would get something out of the game, and at times it seemed we where creating chances on a regular basis.
Hope NB is straight into Papa this week and makes sure he realises that an inform goal poacher would have won the game for us. The KC would have been filled to the brim/rowdy for the Derby game.

McShane in my opinion is much better at centre back than right back, not a bad call putting Chester at right back.

I wouldn't start moving our best player out of position or anything, it has to be McShane for Rosey.

It's becoming more and more obvious that a quality striker would really finish this team off. We've played every team now and not one has been particularly impressive, I bet you'd struggle to find a game where the opposition has had more chances than us. Promotion really is there for the taking, we just need someone who can finish all these nice moves off. Thing is, that's the most common problem in football, every team will think they just need a striker and competition will be massive.

hate Burnley - hate Turf Moor - their supporters are the wierdest lot I have ever come across. Don't fancy it one bit. Dudgeon at RB for me.
