Should keep the pro Grayson bates crew happy. Can claim were still in top seven or eight or whatever and would have gratefully taken that at start of season
because grayson doesnt know what team he wants to play therefore he doesnt stick with anything and players cant form partnerships. That and Howson being out really has done us big time, he is vital to our performances as i have always said regardless of what people say
I'm not looking forward to Arsenal at all. Credit to all the fans that have taken time out of there festive duties and spent a fortune to watch this dross. I havent got the answers but something needs to be changed and quickly.
Not good enough. Bates won't provide funds, not that it matters because Grayson can't sign players good enough. We've missed Howson since he got injured, his leadership not his football. Even then Howson should be second choice captain to someone we don't have. Nobody at that club can get the players energetic, eager and wanting to win.
Please LUFC don't let these Revie-hating, Leeds-obsessed nobheads do the double over us again. Make my Boxing Day. yes they will do the double over poor leeds....Happy xmas ..
Afternon Bucks, Strach and all, hope everyone had a nice Christmas. I'm a bit shell shocked, btw, **** off swan
i am honestly in two minds about grayson. part of me thinks he does not have the ability to take us to the next level and if he stays we will always be floating about the play offs. another part of me thinks that he is working for an absolute **** who does not support him in the slightest and i have to praise him for getting this far
We are certainly miles away from being fit for a play-off place,it`s beginning to look like avoiding relegation now i`m afraid :-(
I think the one good thing that must have come out of that game is this picture: please log in to view this image Michael Brown is the future.
I have been screaming all year for Bates to dip his hands in his pockets and provide some proper funding be it signings or wages however for a few weeks now I am starting to wonder would it be money well spent and would Grayson be able to sign the right players or would he squander it?
According to the Telegraph, Bates is feeling the same way and is deliberately holding back funds because he doesn't trust SG. If true, that's diabolical chairmanship. He should appoint someone else in charge of transfers, sack Grayson, make Gwyn Williams more important, or do negotiations himself if he feels he has better contacts. Have some conviction. But if the above is what happens, it's the worst possible scenario for the strengthening of the first team (more emergency loans and maybe a freebie, whoop).
Bates will hold back funds no matter who is in charge, if grayson went who would come to work for the ****er? Obviously I am a moron as u want the **** to **** off
