  1. Well, a massive sigh of relief from all of us today.

I hope it's clear to Pardew now that hoof ball with Best and Ba = ****, good football with HBA = wins games.

A clean sheet is very welcome and I'm so glad Willo is back. We looked more comfortable in the air.

I personally think there's no reason why we can't go to Anfield and nick a draw now. Liverpool have been struggling to get wins there.

    Ratings -

Krul - 7.5 - A great save and punch away to save us the points

    Simmo - 6.5 - A decent game all round.

Willo - 8 - A very good return. Solid on his first game back. We needed him so badly.

Colo - 8 - Made up for that shower of **** against WBA.

Raylor - 6 - **** passing, some decent efforts on goal. Ok defensively.

Ober - 5 - **** for 60 minutes, but assisted Ba for the 2nd goal and had a decent spell at the end.

Tiote - 6.5 - Good but still no where near his best.

    Cabaye - 7 - Good game.

Jonas - 6.5 - Some good spells of play, but again not great.

Best - 4 - He's looked off touch since his injury.

Ba - 7.5 - Not his best game but good overall.

HBA - 7.5 - Hero. Totally changed the game.

MOTM - I'm giving it to Williamson. Looked tired, but pretty much solid all the way through. My god we've missed a big CB, and hopefully our shower of **** defense will improve with him back

Well, if Blackburn can get a draw at Anfield, then so can we. However, I suspect that the bin dippers will be set out to avoid another draw, so it'll be tough.

    Aye, Williamson was solid.

The first hour was absolute abysmal. But the last 30 minutes was encouraging.

Tiote needs to go now, looks really uninterested. The sooner we find a replacement the better.

  13. No, he just needs to get his form back and his match fitness. He looks like a sweaty bastard after 20 minutes. Hopefully he'll regain it with his spell with Ivory Coast. Guthrie and Cabaye would be my ideal choice for CM now, hopefully Guthrie will recover soon.

Could you tell me what Jonas did that Obertan didn't? Obertan was better than Jonas IMO. Jonas offered nothing in attack except for one run, which Best messed up.

Can't argue with those ratings... Hopefully the teams confidence will improve now, as for the first 60 mins we looked very poor!

Saying it once was OK. Saying it again just isn't funny.

He doesn't even look interested in staying Tash, heads been turned if you ask me and right now he's a liability.
