I've been chopping and changing my av, the last few weeks, but, since I started using this, very happy looking Team Rocket mascot, good old Pompey have parked the 700 coastliner bus, and popped a few in at the other end as well.

Anyone else got any other lucky charms, totems or rituals on the go atm?

Why yes! Since I sorted my avatar, this morning, both Saints and Pompey have a 100% record. So I reckon I have it about half right.

An Incredible and probably my favourite animated feature, far too good for children. I chose him as we sadly share a similar receding hairline. :(

Upon reflection, a natural human trait is the narcissistic view that the whole world revolves around ourselves. If we are doing well, then that was our lucky (insert personal item). I, as an intelligent man scorn all this rubbish, and have always thought that the lucky rabbit's foot didn't bring much good fortune to it's original owner.
And yet, for some reason I have never worn that replica shirt from 2005 again....just in case.

In the early 1980s I had a pair of day-glow yellowish green socks. Whenever I wore them on a Sarturday Pompey either won or drew. I think they finally made it to the bin, holey and threadbare after we got promoted to the First Division. Needless to say we were relegated the following year!

Did you check Norwich City's results during that epoch, Dev?

Half the players these days seem to play in boots of a similar colour. Maybe you started something?

I'll have to remain faceless, with no friends or interests! (and I knew Kitson was the kid for us)

Incidently, I was listening to the match last night on Solent and they lost the feed to the Saints match, so they broadcast the Pompey match on 96.1FM, so actually for a very, very short while the Southampton area was listening to your match. There are some very strange things going on. Pompey winning six on the trot! It can't be natural......Meowth.....Witch, Witch, Witch......

Six on the trot?? It is you who needs to be ducked.

If we win on Saturday, to the MERE!

Well it had to happen. This is sad Meowth. You will only see him for a short while following a Pompey loss. Enjoy him while it lasts.

But what happens if you lose the next one? Surely you will have to change back?
