    Do people on here seriously expect Ben Arfa to just slot back in to the team and play brilliantly? Yes he had that small run of games, but I can't see him having a long string of games for a while yet after his injury that almost ended his career. We've still got to bring him in over a period of time because like it or not, he's still recovering!

    Yeah i'm not complaining! I think Perch is a decent CM, i'd have him ahead of Gosling!

    He played 90 mins against United and City and the fact is he was better than Obertan against West Brom. I am VERY surprised he didn't start today.

    I'm not saying he wasn't good. I'm just saying it's still going to take him a while to get back up to speed and earn his place in the first 11. The fact his performance against City was his first start in over a year bodes well, when he's finally back up to speed.

    Surprised they aren't playing Kevin Davies, we've been annihilated in the air recently.. I even put him down to be first scorer in the prediction league. <grr>

    Yeah he's decent. So is Klasnic. The rest is horribly average. If we control the midfield, I think Ba will have a field day.

    Muamba's decent as well i think, but yeah, apart from that woeful. On paper we should be winning this but they'll be full of confidence after their win last week and we ALWAYS do badly against Bolton and on Boxing day. Not confident about this game at all to be truthful.
