I would love to know what KPR makes of the 14 point gap between Man Utd and Liverpool. Didn't he say "King" Kenny was going to take Liverpool ahead of Man Utd?

Gotta say, the last two games have wholly shattered any pretense Liverpool had of being close to Utd and City's level. They don't seem to have moved for wards at all from February, and if anything are almost going backwards. Whereas we are back to our unassuming best - play well or play badly, we get the result. Happy days

Don't know what people are expecting tbh, Fergie didn't win the league for 6 years when he arrived.

 

I have no doubt that he still thinks that, even if there were only 4 games left.

 

Seven years if you count the 86/87 season. Tho' he did inherit a team of relegation contenders with three wins in 13 games. And took them to second place in the following season before rebuilding the squad from scratch.

As for what people are expecting, well I think everyone was expecting more than this from Liverpool this season. But when you get yet another home draw, despite creating almost 30 chances against the worst team in the league by quite some way, I think you've got to accept that something is fundamentally wrong. Otherwise you risk still being waiting for everything to click come the start of next season...

I've been avoiding this thread due to results. Just wanted to say that It's crazy that some are starting to doubt Kenny, modern football fans for you I suppose.


I also remember some of you taking the piss saying that Adam is a Man Utd fan, after 2 own goals and a missed penalty I'm starting to wonder.
