    Yep another Carr midfield dynamo ... oh and a left back, a centre back and maybe even a new right winger.

    I don't understand how Ramadan couldn't have any affect on a player. Not being able to eat or drink anything in daylight... It's going to have an effect on you. You can't not eat or drink anything all day then expect to play 90 minutes of football.

    Nobody has suggested that it wouldn't have some affect, at the time. We are just pointing out that it cannot be used as an excuse for his form afterwards ... and to be still bringing it up now in December is daft.
