Boxing day Football- Liverpool vs Blackburn. Can Liverpool put a nail in the coffin of Steve Kean on boxing day Monday.?.Keane would be looking at this one and see Anfield as the place his team can get something, after all, Liverpool are not that lucky there this season. The likes of Sunderland, Norwich, Swansea were all able to come out with a point each.I think Liverpool are going to be too much for Blackburn on Monday, and can as well be a game Liverpool are going to score three or more goals. There is speculation that Stevie Gerard is going to be on the bench for this game, Jay Spearing is also back after three match suspension. My prediction: Liverpool 3 :0 Blackburn. Lawro's verdict Home win. Liverpool v Blackburn For me, all of Blackburn's problems are down to the club's owners, the Venky's. It's all very well the fans calling for manager Steve Kean to leave but he was put in a position where he had to take the job and he has been given no support from the owners, who are nowhere to be seen. I don't understand why the fans are protesting during the games too. Do it before or afterwards, but when the game is on their team needs their backing. It's a shambles all round and it's a real shame. You look at it and you think 'this is the year Rovers are going to go down'. Liverpool will just be glad to get back to playing while the Luis Suarez saga rumbles on, and he is eligible until they decide whether to appeal against his eight-game ban. Until we hear or see the explanation for his punishment then we won't really know the reasoning behind it. Obviously the Football Association are totally convinced he is guilty and have punished him accordingly. It is a huge blow for Liverpool to lose him because he has had the same influence for them as David Silva has had for Manchester City this season. Suarez is that important. Will Suarez's absence mean we will see more of Andy Carroll? I am not so sure. I would play Craig Bellamy down the middle instead, and I think the likes of Dirk Kuyt might be hoping to get a look in too. There is a possibility for Carroll, of course, and if there is a chance then it is up to him to take it. Prediction: 2-0

Chelsea v Fulham 2:0 Bolton v Newcastle 1:2 Liverpool v Blackburn 1:0 Man Utd v Wigan 4:0 Sunderland v Everton 2:1 West Brom v Man City 1:4 Stoke v Aston Villa 3:1 Arsenal v Wolverhampton 4:0 Swansea v QPR 2:1 Norwich v Tottenham 1:2 Think we'll be our usual profligate selves in front of goal, but Blackburn are so bad that we'll get one purely by chance.
