Yeah, I meant you misery. Half way through my festive bottle of Talisker fella (not today, overthe last few weeks) jumped the gun on it a bit early. Think I'll crack the vintage port tonight, I feel tonight is the night to get Christmas going.
jese still in work, thought I was going to have an early exit, then found there had been a burglary, so I've been with forensics for the last few hours, can't say too much as I about it as I don't know who might read this, and wil know who I am etc. Well soon be off anyway, collect my leg of lamb, and two guinea fowl from my local butcher; so thatâs Christmas day sorted. I'm making paella from scratch on Christmas Eve. And prep some mid morning canapés to go with some nicely chilled Cava ready for the pressies opening ritual the following day. Boxing day is going to be a mixed bag of bubble & squeak from the leftovers, some homemade pickles & dips, and a selection of British cheeses, thatâs after a brunch of toasted Brioche topped with smoked salmon( Couldnât get swan this year Sweats!) and poached duck eggs glazed with homemade Hollandaise sauce. All downed with a couple of bottles of cachaca and crabbies alcoholic ginger ale. and a bcket of JD. Have a good un all. except you liverpool f.c. I still despise you with a passion!
