Any one know how we're going to pick the team,im thinking as we're the superior nation most of the players will have to be english.we can't pick any of the republic lads so we're left with the feeble footballing nations .the problem is if we don't pick any of the scottish ,welsh or northern ireland players the weaker nations are going to moan like fk.how do you boys think we will sort this out.imo we've got to take FIFA rankings into account.

good point ,should we just let the weaker nations make up the majority of the squad as they have nothing else to play for next season?

England mus go in with a mostly Under 23 squad. None can have played in a World Cup game. 3 over 23 can be included in the squad.

We should just scrap the home nations and have a GB International Team

I say we go with an over 40 squad. Some good players to pick from, thet'll be ****ed after 5 minutes so the governing body will have to change the rules to allow rolling subs.

I see that three Celtic players have been asked. Their captain, Scott Brown, is over 23.

    Team GB eh?

Patrick O'Med Dog is reputed to be "fizzing, beeling, emotional and upset" at this sporting "snub, shun, rejection".

Don't worry Paddy, you are more than welcome to join the Irish Olympic effort, just like Shankill man and proud tricolour bearer Wayne McCullough <ok>

"The packet racket" as he is known in Belfast has become an Irish sporting icon, right up there with Muhammad Ali, Gene Tunney and Katie Taylor.

    As for the Op......*shakes head*

You shouldn't wish serious injury opn anyone but I did laugh my arse off when it looked as though Ramires had finished his career with a tasty little tackle last night.

i dont know ,its football i suppose if we do well then i'll watch it.it will be quite interesting to see who's in the squad with scotland and wales having no players at the world cup we should be able to get a half decent side out.
