That might be a misguided reference to me based on other threads. As a fan of the team I look at what a player contributes to the team's performance/results as his strengths when considering playing him or extending deals, rather than just what he's technically good at but which doesn't actually benefit the team at the end of the day.
the funny thing though is that his actions in the reserve game were made to look worse from the fact he had just received a previous red at soton... but in reality the soton red should never have been one... and if it had not been one then how would you take the news of the recent red? petulant yes, unnecessary yes but i think all these players go through it. most of them turn out to be brilliant players too.
