No way on God's green earth are Brazil winning this tournament. They have 3, possibly 4 players who'd never make a Brazil squad of old, let alone their starting 11. Vini Jr - world class. Raphinia - very good. Er, that's it. As for their so-called 'best centre-back pairing in world football' (they seriously said that in the commentary at the start of the game), the first goal blew that hokum out of the water. Cunha on now - another very good player, tbf (****).

Marquinhos and Gabriel both very good defenders
Alisson? Best keeper in the world
Thiago smashed in 20 goals for Brentford.

Vini and raphina both brilliant.

Bruno very very good midfielder who would be signed by most clubs in the world if became available.

Got some very good players. Just lack a bit of depth in midfield and at full back for me.
 
Bouaddi is going to be one to keep an eye on. Hugely rated young midfielder over in France and hasn’t looked out of place in this tournament so far. Best midfielder on the park in Morocco Brazil game.

Noticed Robbo already figured out a work around for the throw-in countdown; the countdown doesn't start until the balls been picked up so he was getting players onto position before picking it up <laugh>

Yep Japan like most teams have figured out how to keep Gakpo out of the game

EDIT: On the plus side VVD was MOTM and Gravenberch set up both Dutch goals. Somerville provided what we've missed on the right this season.
