you need to practice what you preach. i dont care what small minded people think of me. i know everyone has and is entitled the there opinion But the constant postings of people saying that the Allams will sell is beyond belief. The club has a fantastic chance of automatic promotion this season. Its about time everyone understood that. As for you, talk to the hand <doh>

well its been reported that it was approx 1.5m give or take. but i think some of that was to pay off some of the back room staff that NP brought in, not sure though. but then there will have been the cost of messrs.wigley and walsh to name but 2 so i would suggest that the NP money has been used elsewhere.

if you have time may i mention that last nights sports talk is now available on radio humberside and the nick barmby interview came on around 6.20pm Reading between the lines the Sharp deal is not as far off as some do think. its an interesting situation for sure. watch and wait is the only option any of us have at the moment.

Why do people think that because Stewart cost £300k and someone offers a profit of £2.7m you should take it? These things have nothing to do with "mark-up". What do you do with the £2.7m..... go and get a couple of Cam Stewarts from somewhere else and repeat the trick. It doesn't work like that. We are not on the housing ladder!

Seems L£st£r City are a club players don't want to go to! LMFAO!

As for L3st£r landing Cameron Stewart - well the price the Allams will demand will be what is classed in certain circles as a 'F*ck Off' price.

I don't think Hull City will be looking to even sell L£st£r a virus after what has hapened between the two clubs.

0% of them prising anyone off us in January.

    EXACTLY!

You cannot stuff a pile of Money into a football kit and boots and make it run up and down the wing and create/score goals for you in order to win promotion. (Which is our aim).

You need talented footballers instead. Cash in the bank won't help us. We already have rich owners.

Lets face it, if it was possible, L£st£r would be top of the league with all th£r mon£y!! ;)

I doubt Bristol City will get anything near the £6million Leicester offered them. They took a gamble that hasn't come off and now they'll be £3-4 million worse off. I wonder how many BC fans are thinking we should have grabbed the money and bought someone like Sharp - If they had they would be laughing now.

Reading the article, it says Maynard absolutely did not want to go to Leicester. So Bristol grabbing the money wasn't an option.

True, but it seemed like Bristol didn't want to sell at any price anyway.

Leicester couldn't offer Beckford in exchange anyway. He's already played games for Everton and Leicester this season so the only moves he can make from now until the summer are emergency loans (or moves to foreign leagues that run January to December).

Me personally I prefer to just sit back and see what happens come January rather then get my knickers in a twist. ..what ever happens the Squad will be stronger then it us at present .. In the Allams and Adam Pearson I trust ...

They don't need to have an emergency, they just can only sign him on loan for up to 93 days, although you can break the loan up so long as each chunk is at least 28 days, and each chunk starts whilst either the main or emergency loan transfer windows are open. Just makes a part exchange deal for a player who's out of contract more difficult to organise because when completing your sale you have to trust that the other club will then complete their sale as they have to be seperate deals. (You can't part exchange in the summer after initial loans as one of them will be out of contract, and Beckford's emergency loan only situation is just a further complication)

Where did I say we should take it? I said we would take it - the 2 things are completely different. I really wish people would stop putting words in other people's mouths.
