Do we go for another young up-and-coming coach or someone with a proven PL record?

I've a feeling it'll be the latter but trust we are in good hands with Ashton and our backers.

Thomas Frank appears to be the obvious choice.
In see Solskjaer has been suggested by TWTD.
Don't think we can afford to try the same trick with giving a talented coach their first Job.
But maybe there's a successful manager from a foreign league that can be attracted to the premier league.
A real test of Game changers era

Someone we’ve never heard of as it went so well last time!

Joking aside, feels like we need someone experienced at Premier League or top flight level. Thomas Frank would’ve been my number one, but he’s apparently ruled himself out of any jobs this summer. Worth giving him a call though. Someone like a Nuno Espírito Santo or Sean Dyche? The football won’t be free flowing, but they’d give us a better chance of staying up for a couple of years, which is key. Danny Rohl could be a good dark horse shout, but not Premier League proven.

I’d take a rising star from Europe. We’re a Premier League club with money and new facilities. We’ll be an attractive destination for many managers.

I’ve seen both Solskjær and Gary O’Neil heavily rumoured. I think both would be a mistake. We need to aiming much higher than them otherwise we’d be downgrading our manager.

Would love Frank but don’t think we’ll get him. Kim hellberg would be a risk but might fit the profile. Don’t want a pragmatic defensive manager (Dyche or O’Neill). Still don’t think Rosenior would be a bad choice. Chelsea is just a complete mess and before that he was someone that I thought was similar to McKenna style wise. I think we’ll find out sooner rather than later as Ashton was told a couple of weeks ago and am sure he has identified a short list of targets

I think before the spygate scandal I may well have said Ekhert but Hellberg and Rosenior fit the bill. I guess every manager has their strengths and weaknesses but I find it hard to look at what I saw from those managers last season when McKenna mentally is so calm and collected, Rosenior clearly a good coach but seemed to buckle under the pressure and Hellberg seemed to as well..McKenna had an outstanding temperament which really seemed to take the pressure off the players.
