Sadly Watford he seems to be getting it wrong quite a lot with Subs, tactics, team selections, rubbish pre/post match interviews and his general approach.

NW is in a weird position because he has done a great job for QPR last season and it's hard to knock him but we must also be realistic about things.

If it meant us either keeping him and getting relegated or sacking him and bringing someone that would keep us up, i know which i would choose.

Its taken us 15 years to get back to the Prem and i don't want us blowing it the first year back. I hate the Championship and the crap football and clubs that are in it. If we go down it will cost us a lot and im not just talking money.

Fed up with 'give him time' and 'keep the faith'. To stay up you need to win at home to the likes of WBA,Blackburn,Newcastle,Villa,Sunderland,Bolton because none are really playing that well. Swans and Norwich seem to be able to do it and they are newly promoted.

Sorry but if NW doesn't sort out a win in the next 3 games he needs to go before we are back playing Donny and co.

I thought we had heard the last of you HB?
You 'bigged up' Chelsea before our game saying you would take the ground over, you didn't.
You turned up with a sad 'motley crew' of fans (Jonny come Roman) the walked to the ground like scared rabbits.
    You had the Racist JT
You had 2 players sent off
We beat you and you went home crying.
Thanks for the 3 points but your old news now and your club and fans are a shadow of the past. <ok>

We all have thoughts on how we would do things differently to the manager. For example, like others have said I would have started with Taarabt and DJ in the last few games. However, this is my opinion and I'm not necessarily right. What we have going for us in the argument, as back seat managers, is that we'll never know whether that would have been a better option. That is, we can't be proved wrong.
For all we know, he could have play Taarabt and DJ last night, set up in a 4-4-2 or what ever formation you want and we could have lost 0-4. Our ingenious ideas about tactics and team selection are never going to be put to the test.

We don't have anything to be bitter about. Any realistic QPR fan knew it would be a hard season and with a couple of additions in Jan I think we'll be on course to finish 14th-17th. The worst thing to come out of that game is that you've barely gone a day in the last two months without posting some inane crap on this board.

A loss at 'The Lane' and it's looking a bit shaky for you, however, especially if Terry gets a ban over Feb and March.

Actually i quite like it Ellers, I always got a ticket and we could sing when we're winning. Yes we're in the Prem but the experience isn't as enjoyable at all - Chelsea aside. In some ways I preferred it when we were erratic and I could enjoy a day out, a pie & pint and less pressure. Its all too nervy and serious at the top level.

At the start of the season I was slated for slamming the performance and team selection at Wigan with people saying 'don't worry the season starts now'...that was naive as they were 2 games (inc Bolton) that we needed at least 2 points from.

Anyone care to tell me on current form where our next win is likely to come from?

Warnock needs to stay , foolish to replace him at this stage however he's got to quite rightly take responsibility for the lack of team spirit and cohesion. Thats what the manager's role is - to galvanise the players

Not really Luton, we will have signed Cahill by then, it is a squad game and Terry's potential ban will not be until next season.

One victory/loss at the Lane does not make a season ... as you guys are finding out with 11 v 11.

Lets wait and see what players come in january before passing judgement personally i dont think NW would have bought a couple of the players he did in the summer if he had more time, to me JB does nothing for our club SWP needs to up his game he needs to start taking players on,i thought Taraabt made a big difference when he came on last night we seem to gel a lot better when he plays. With regards to the transfer window i think we need 2 top quality defenders plus a strong midfielder and definately a fox in the box, dont forget we are going to loose a couple of players to the african cup in january.

Players score goals but only managers score points... when that doesn't happen, alarm bells start ringing and fans start twittering in the stands and message boards. Nothing to do with loyalty, it's just the way it is.

Last night showed the difference between a serious prem manager and a currently hapless wannabe I'm afraid.

Truly grateful for what Sir Neil has done for us but some serious tactical and motivational questions emerged some time ago that need some serious answers. And fast.

Apart from is the tail wagging the dog, another key question is, has Warnock fallen into the trap of pinning all hope on January reinforcements? Good management demands you make the best of what you've got. Ask Lambert and Rogers. Ask 'Arry, who does go where the owners will invest BUT who, like O'Neil, scores points with other people's failing teams well before his own players are brought in.

The one question that really baffles me is that if the fans realise what's needed from who and what we've got in any one game, why doesn't the manager? I am starting to think Sir Neil places too much store on his senior prefects and too little on his own nouse. A bit too Sven and Postman Pat for me... senior players need to be put in their place and be made to earn their spurs - not inherit them as if by divine right.

Nuff said for the moment but alarm bells don't toll without reason. January imports or not, time to listen and act to avoid the other thing(s).

Brixton how the hell can we make the best of what we've got if some of the players we have are not premiership quality.

Okay maybe my Championship quote was a bit OTT but you dont exist in that league. I really enjoy hearing about QPR everyday on TV and Radio/Papers. When we won the division last year the 'Faurlingate' got more press than our team.

    Anyway
What i don't understand is people keep saying 'wait until Jan when NW can bring in players' and the reason we are doing badly now is because the new players only came in on deadline day and need time to bed in?

So how long will it take the Jan signings to bed in?

I think we are relying too much on these Jan targets and need to be sorting out before then.

Looking at last night, Connolly is not a Premiership player, and Gabiddon is squad but not first team. So problem straightaway. Mackie is also not first team.

As many have said NW got it totally wrong tactically last night. Sunderland clearly have strength in the air at both ends of the pitch and in the face of that Warnock chose to:
    a) play a long ball game to a lone striker (another fantastic effort from HH BTW)
    b) match Connolly up with Bendtner who simply towered over him
    c) pack the midfield with 5 players who had to stand and watch as the ball bypassed them for much of the night.

No I don't think he should go - that would be suicide at this stage in proceedings - but this is not the first time he has read things poorly this season (and also during his only other PL season if reports are to be believed) so I am seriously hoping he recognises soon that League 1 tactics do not work in the Premier League.

Case of having to mate. The world won't stop because we don't reckon our players. We beat Everton away before the last crop came in - and Wolves and Stoke away since. Fact is they have the ability to stuff other prem teams (viz on form Newcastle and City) but have got into falling just short and/or totally cave in.

I think Ellers is bang on in what he says here.

Not sure where you've read that. I think you'll get something there tonight if Bale and Lennon are out but I don't think you can underestimate the effect the last couple of days will have on Terry and Chelsea given how poor he and the team were for a few games after QPR.

Ridiculous statement, we won't be playing Donny next season, they'll be in League 1.

Instead of everyone having a f*cking gripe why don't we all try and get behind the team? People around me we're singing their hearts out last night to get the team going but you get all these grumbling f*cking misery guts that all they do is complain. Have they not been watching QPR for the last 15 years or so when most seasons were average or worse? You'd think they'd be used to it.

Yes we have a squad which isn't the best, yes the signings in Jan might not be magical marquee signings that will save our season, yes Warnock can get it wrong tactically quite a lot, yes we are going to lose players to the African cup of nations.........Get over it!!! Deal with it mentally now and think positively, that's right positively until the fat lady sings either way.

And for f*cks sake, cheer on the team as vocally as you can, don't just sit there expecting some kind of Barcelona performances cos its not gona f*cking happen

    (Apologies for the swearing)
