Good signing, hints at more news today. If I had to guess it’s the retained list with news of Bree and Stewart extending their contracts. Possibly Larin signing permanently as well but think there would’ve been some leaks about being in talks if it was him, like there was with Peretz
Yeah, I reckon one (or both) has renewed. The released/retained list is late coming out because of everything that's been going on, so very feasible that they'll announce it today alongside 'Bree/Stewart has decided to sign a new deal'
It's not outside the realms of possible that we start next season with a stronger squad than we ended this one...
That feels a shade optimistic as we’ll surely have some departures. So would rely on some very good recruitment
In theory we might be better at goalkeeper because we surely need a new second choice and our options last season were a big step down

This might be a reverse of the summer of 2014 where one departure instigated a load more. I won't believe anyone is out of the door until it actually happens.

I still think THB, Scienza, and Jander will definitely go as a minimum.
Apart from anything we'll have to raise funds/reduce the wage bill but I don't see any of them turning down top flight football either.

THB is future Fonte status. Jander is just brilliant and far too good for us (in this league or the PL).
Love Leo as he excites us, but if we lost just one, it would be Leo (sorry Leo I LOVE you, but I am thinking longer term), if we were keeping one it would have to be THB for the same reason of the future.
It’s funny isn’t it. Leo is much the most loveable player we’ve had here in ages, but in footballing terms, between THB, Peretz, Jander and Leo, he’s probably the least important (though it’s close).
