The judge seemed to be offering the jury an easy way out with a Manslaughter verdict.

Was it to give the jurors a chance of conviction without feeling upset about a life sentence? Now that we have all seen the evidence how on earth could the judge reckon the death of Nowak was in self defence or that a jury wouldn't want to convict on a murder charge? Are our judges as obviously prejudiced against white people as the Hampshire Police clearly are?
