Saw on another site that Bale and Defoe to have fitness tests this morning So hope these two are fit and ready for tonight.
Very likely I'm sure the injuries are genuine, but Harry often talks about doubts, then the player appears out of the smoke 'just like that - I expect this team Friedel Walker - Kaboul - King or Gallas - Assou-Ekotto Parker - Sandro Van der Vaart - Modric - Bale Adebayor Only if Bale is out do we need to consider going 3-5-2 (IMHO One (of various) thing(s) that staggers me, is that I've read on various sites, quite a few people wanting to play Pienaar. This is a player that has been mercilessly slagged off by many of our 'supporters' (on various sites), yet now some want to chuck in him for our biggest game of the season far. Bizarre.
How strange, a thread about Spurs/Chelsea that isn't overrun with obnoxious knuckle-draggers defending a racist. Another great advertisment against multi-board threads...
Sky Sports News are saying Ade is doubtful as well. Ladbrokes are paying 6/4 (@2.50) on the Chelsea win
If they're the mods, what does that say about the rest of their supporters? Wait, we're talking about Chelsea fans, aren't we?
It's on the site. A quick zip around the interweb shows they're lining up with: Cech; Bosingwa, Terry, Ivanovic, Cole; Ramires, Mikel, Mereiles, Mata; Sturridge, Drogba Terry being selected shows everything wrong with the club, Bosingwa and Mikel could backfire spectacularly - but Drogba starting means we could rue leaving Kaboul on the bench. I'm surprised Andros isn't on the bench, as he'd be the injection of pace that would leave Terry for dead if we needed it.
Ah, he got back up, and ran it off. Quick, someone tell Gallas to fake an injury so Kab comes on. Besides, if 25 years of Spurs support has taught me anything, it's good that misfiring Torres is on the bench. Actually, I'm wondering about the bench - both Bassong and Kaboul are on it? Either we're down to the bare bones, or 'Arry knows something about Ledders or Gallas we don't.
