I am seriously losing faith in NW. For me he chose the wrong team and playing just one up front at home was like he was only chasing a point today.

For me that 20 mins that Taarabt had during the Man U game was enough to deserve a start for Taarabt and when he did eventually come on (a bit too late!) he made a major difference to the game, love him or hate him he helped raised our game today.

The fact that he took off SWP, the only pace in the team was a stupid decision, but as normal Warnock won’t take off his Blue Eyed Boy Mr Mackie (i know he went on to score but just proves Warnock loves him)

If things continue I can see Warnock getting the sack. It’s a shame to type that, I think NW was great and he’s a great guy but I’m starting to question his Managerial skills in the premiership more and more as the weeks go by.

Anyone else have a similar feeling?

Some decisions have been strange, the defence is woeful and even with Anton we've been leaking goals.Connolly is utter toilet, and i think Traore could be a better winger than he is a left-back.Hill should have started at Centre-back tonight,Barton's heart just doesn't look in it and SWP is running around like a headless chicken.Adel and DJ should be getting more starts, yet again Heidar and our keeper were our best players.Worrying times!

The reason Swansea and Norwich are doing so well is because they play 4-4-2 and attack. They have flying wingers and give teams a go. Warnock I love dont get me wrong, but he is far too negative. 4-5-1 wont win you games in the Prem. He's a championship manager and is too scared to mix things up. Give DJ and Helg/Both a go. I think it would have been interesting to see how a new manager would spend the Fernandes money.

    Short answer - no.

Long answer - We looked below par against Man U and Liverpool. We drew against West Brom but had a goal disallowed that would have won it. We played a rejuvenated Sunderland. Poor first half but a spirited come back that tailed off.

We've had a tough run but let's face the biggest certainty - we miss Anton (probably should be captain IMO). The rest of the CBs tackle well enough but wander around like confused mountain goats without his leadership.

We do need some improvement. We do need at least 3 new players (loan looking most likely). Barton needs to find his mojo. But we do have a start and some points. We're not adrift at the bottom.

    Put the games into perspective.

BTW that includes an away trip to Swansea who have only lost to Man City at home.

I thought the decision to take off SWP was spot on. Barton was poor today even by my standards and I can't defend his inability to get a decent ball into the box even though I've often defended him on here but if Helguson is going to play he needs quality service and SWP just wasn't capable of doing that while Barton, in theory, should be our best deliverer of a ball. People can slate Mackie all they want but his work-rate is superb and he's deceptively quick. His delivery was far better today and he nicked a nice goal.

The moment that changed the game back in their favour, for me, was when Traore went off. He may have had a knock but bringing Hall on and putting Connolly at left-back took away the threat down that wing and I'd have gone for Hill instead and kept the middle as was.

agree with you there, I cant understand any of NW decisions!?

And anyone else noticed how EVERY single press conference he is praising the other teams! No other manager does that, its like he is star-struck, “Oh we are just glad to be here”, “oh they are a great team aren’t they”. No! You should be praising up the rangers, they should be scared to come to Loftus Road, not that we are grateful to be on the same pitch, what message does that send out. Defeated before we even get there.

Not sure which press conference you're referring to. On the one I heard on Talksport he was slating the team for gifting them three piss poor goals.

Normally pre-match confrences. So its sometimes like we dont expect much even before the game has been played.

admittedly he is a bit stuck, being forced to play players that are championship level i.e. Connonly and Hall. But he has no choice, cant wait till Jan the real test for Neil begins then.
