I was booing the ref anyway.

I think the players knew that as well considering we clapped them off.

As much as he's been brilliant all season I have no idea how you can give Colo a 7. He was awful today. Also, I want to kill Obertan.

It was the players getting booed for a gutless and clueless performance, the amount of times West Brom had the freedom of St James Park on numerous occasion.

How can people Coloccini higher than Perch?

Perch is no doubt a worse player, but today Colo was shocking

Just got back from the game and, although there are some positives (Vukcic), I'm still seething about the same old wrong decisions from Pardew.

    Krul- 5
    Simmo- 6
    Perch- 6
    Colo- 4
    Santon- 7
    Obertan- 3
    Tiote- 4
    Vukcic- 7
    Jonas- 5
    Best- 4.5
    Ba- 8

    Raylor- 4
    Ben Arfa- 7
    Strolla- 5

FFS PARDEW DROP OBERTAN AND BEST!!!!!!

Recon you need to give your boys a break like!

By all accounts today you were unlucky and was only your weakened defence that let you down which was always gonna be the case when Taylor got ruled out for the season after playin a blinder all season!

Your still in a strong position and its in your hands!

We were 6th for ages till feb last season and we only just scraped 10th and flirted with relegation!

We had a reason to boo Bruce (2 home wins in a calendar year) but you boys have no reason to boo IMO!

    Just got back. My ratings:

    Krul - 5 - Awful distrubution

    Simpson - 6 - Average

    Perch - 5 - Pretty poor

Collo - 4 - His worst game this season by a mile.

Santon - 6 - Looked promising again. He better not be injured.

    Obertan - 4 - Absolute dross.

Tiote - 4 - Probably his worst game for us. To be fair he almost scored at the end though.

Vuckiç - 6.5 - Game passed him by a lot of the time, but boy can he hit a ball! Not a bad debut for a 19 y/o but we missed Cabaye's energy and distribution.

Gutierrez - 5 - Ran his socks off as usual but didn't impact the game enough.

Ba - 8.5 - Didn't deserve to be onthe losing side. The guy can do no wrong at the minute; he doesn't even take free-kicks yet he scored a belter of one. He also had two goals disallowed (correctly I think) which were class finishes. A cut above the rest, MOTM.

Best - 5.5 - Sloppy play and was caught offside too much. Some OK hold up play.

Subs: Raylor - 4.5 - Sloppy in posession and poor defensively.

Ben Arfa - 6 - Tried to make thing happen but couldn't quite find space. Could've cost us a goal near the end.

Shola - 4 - Completely anonymous. In his defence he was in an unfamiliar position.

Pardew - 4 - High line didn't work, subs were iffy. Should've dropped back a bit after we equalised but we didn't and we paid the price.

Fans - 4 - Decent atmosphere first half, people were singing even when we conceded. Appauling atmosphere in the second half. Most people just seemed to give up. No attempt to spur the team on whatsoever. The boo boys can **** off.

    This. Definitely.

I was sitting in a section near the Leazes corner and I actually felt awkward joining in a chant during the second half, because the people around me were so dead!

I'll definitely be back in the Gallowgate for the next home game!

Disagree with these. Simpson and Perch were solid, didn't do too much wrong. I'd give them both 5's or 6's (can't be too high, they still let 3 goals in).

Gutierrez was average but not terrible. There was some decent link up with Santon, although he didn't always pass to him despite the fact he was a good option. Looked worse in the second half but that was more because of Raylor being less of an overlapping attacking threat. I'd give him a 5 too.

Best made a couple of decent passes, was mostly terrible and often offside. I remember he had a nice bit of skill to work some space but other than that did little. I'd give him 4.

It was actually quite good in the first half.

I was actually quite embarassed in the second half. I can understand if people don't want to chant, but some people had even given up trying to generate a bit of noise when we won a corner by clapping. It would seem our start to the season has got to some people's heads.

Why do you come on our board and act canny, then create a mocking thread on the Sunderland board and crow about what we're saying on here?

    Pathetic!

Krul 5 - Could have done better with the second and third goals.
Simpson 6 - Great attacking player but he didn't do any defending. Carried Obertan through the game.
Perch 6 - All round decent play but lost his marker for the second goal and he possibly could have did better with the third
Coloccini 3 - His worst performance since the relegation season.
Santon 5 - Far from his best.
Obertan 2 - I'm sure he's not right in the head or something. He's the biggest pile of ****e ever.
    Tiote 2 - Shockingly bad.
Vuckic 6 - Two great shots but went missing for large periods of the game.
Jonas 5 - Put in a decent shift but it wasn't his night.
Best 3 - His first touch and lack of knowledge regarding the offside rule let him down.
Ba 8 - Two cracking goals. I never knew he could take free kicks.
Raylor 5 - Did well attacking wise but went missing defensively.
BenArfa 6 - Added a spark to the game but didn't get the ball enough.
    Ameobi 5 - Didn't really do much.
Ref 1 - Abysmal display. He should be stoned to death. What a waste of oxygen this guy is. Why do ****e officials keep ****ing us over this year. When will we get Phil Dowd again, he's normally biased towards us.

    My ratings:
Krul - 7 (Couldn't do anything for the goals, commanded his box well and made a good save late on, but ****e distribution)
Simpson - 5 (Didn't do anything good, or anything bad, his attitude gets on my tits)
Perch - 7 (A couple of quality tackles and is surprisingly quick)
Colo - 4 (Just ****, and he didn't seem to care tonight)
Santon - 7 (Looked good again, would have been better if someone gave him the ****ing ball!!)
Obertan - 6 (One of his better games but still no end product)
Vuckic - 7 (Nobody seemed to want to give him the ball but had a couple of great efforts)
    Tiote - 4 (That wasn't Tiote.)
Jonas - 5 (So greedy, hardly made a pass all day, seemed content beating two men and running into a third)
Best - 5 (Did nothing other than run offside)
Ba - 7 (A rare poor game, poor first touch, but too blinding goals make up for it)

Raylor - 6 (Okay, not as good as Santon)
Ben Arfa - 7 (Very effective, looked up for it as soon as he came on, should've started)
    Shola - 5 (Did nothing)
