What punishments are defined?
What set rate of punishments? The rule they made is so wide open to interpretation and therefore subsequent legal challenges

All it says is fines, immediate points deductions or tournament disqualification.

  • Range of Sanctions: Because the regulations were updated after 2019, an independent panel is no longer limited to financial penalties. Depending on the severity and whether senior staff knew of the operation, punishments can scale up to immediate points deductions or tournament disqualification.
  • Precedents: Disciplinary commissions look to global sports precedents, such as FIFA’s decision to issue a six-point deduction and a one-year coaching ban to the Canadian Women's Olympic soccer team in 2024 for using a drone to spy on an opponent's closed training session
The EFL will make a recommendation based on fairness of competition as they did in the Swindon case. As Boro (and probably others) were clearly wronged, the only fair thing for the integrity of the competition is expulsion of Southampton from the play offs with Boro taking their place in the final.

You are clearly a big girl's blouse with no sense of humour, so probably best you do hide your 'orrible norvern monkey face from the world <ok>
Pot calling the kettle black when this passes for a human being in Southampton.

What happens in case of appeal? Surely that could take weeks/months. Does the game go ahead and if later found guilty we’re promoted even if we lost the final
The appeal will be expedited as the original hearing is being. It will be heard in time for this mooted Weds 27th date to be realistic. Can’t go much beyond that - Amir for example I think is due for World Cup duties on May 25th.

Wow. Imagine taking your kids to a game and seeing him sit down nearby. You'd spend the whole match making sure he wasnt taking pictures of them!
And there’s you on about bullying earlier.

I’m sorry to say, but come on, really! Taking the piss out of someone who obviously has issues, you should know better.

It’s bullying Jim and you know it.

We are only having a laugh!

Guess who says that about their bullying and then will try to justify it, come on guess!
I asked you a fair question. What issues does he have and how can you tell from that picture?
You have no idea if he has issues or not. You've just decided your version is correct and my assumption he is an attention seeking gimp is wrong.

Doesn’t matter where he is from or me, (which just happens to be Hull) it really, is bullying and pathetic.
‘bullying’

The person I replied to made a comment about a ‘northern monkey face’. I notice you didn’t pull the Southampton fan up on that. I took the piss out of a grown man wearing a full kit.

**** off, you sanctimonious ****.
