Southampton FC - Goin' Up To Boro: 'Spygate' Special - BBC Sounds
The boys make their way to Middlesbrough for the first leg of their play-off semi final.
In the ice-cool approach that Tonda is now famed for, does any intelligent person think that he would sanction or be party to such a stupid idea? The Club needs to put this to bed with a very clear statement of ‘nothing to see here!’Everytime I read about this the story seems to change everytime
Referee will pay no attention to off the field stuff. Will just go out there and ref it as normal.I do wonder if Boro will get a large amount of the 50/50 decisions now. Even subconsciously I think refs will be wary of giving any controversial decisions in our favour.
Separate point but as I said this morning I do think the EFL will be desperately hoping they come through the tie.
No.Is it the same ref for both legs?

It all seems a little odd and fairly ****ing stupid if true. Can the league actually do anything apart from fine SFC?
Mega. Watch them totally **** us for it thenDoesn’t seem like there is a set punishment for it so in theory they can do what they want.

Posted a bit higher.Good article on bbc now which makes it sound like a load of nonsense to me. Training ground is overlooked by a golf course so anyone can watch them
I can't see that they've made the entire thing up personally. Least likely option for me.So the story started with the guy deleting stuff off his phone, to a full 007 setup and escape plan. Something just dont feel right about this.
Initially I believed the Boro side of things, but now I wonder if someone at their club have made the whole thing up.
They could do anything in theory. What happens in practice is a different thing.
