Isn’t a helluva lot of the pork that says British actually brought in from Europe but killed here so they’re allowed to call it. British pork??
Don't know. I've got no education in it, just opinion, but makes you wonder if one of the reasons in the rise of cancers in under-60s has something to do with the **** quality of food available that isn't at a farm shop price - being poisoned slowly.

Not sure anyone in the UK should be eating fresh meat from anywhere but the UK and Ireland. Pork from Denmark isn't that healthy either. There was chicken from Thailand and beef from Germany on sale here, which managed to be cheaper than local-reared despite high import taxes - something has to give.

It's very rare to find US pork anywhere in the UK, the UK imports around half the pork it consumes and 99% of that comes from the EU.
Yeah, we fon't import it as US tend to use Ractopamine we we've banned.

For beef we won't allow hormone treated beef and there is no traceability of cattle in the US so our US imports are extremely low other than premium stuff.

Basically, we think their meat is full of ****.

Farmfoods are selling US imported pork butt - frozen of course.

Not sure I see the advantage over British shoulder once it's been smoked, shredded and covered in BBQ sauce though.

They also stock St Louis style rib racks.

What about Kentucky Fried Chicken

Anyone seen that leaked kosher slaughterhouse video? Not even killing the cows first just hacking them to pieces whilst they’re still alive.

Think I might just be a vegetarian.
